Practical Negotiation for Senior Leaders
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through leading distributed teams and succession at executive level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategy execution, stakeholder management and organisational culture in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Improve strategy execution within their own organisation, measured against the King IV governance code
- Bring stakeholder management into line with current good practice
- Spot where organisational culture is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put mergers and integration on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
