This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through succession planning and onboarding design on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance management, CCMA preparation and employee relations in their own organisation.
