Practical Recruitment and Selection
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through employment equity reporting and CCMA preparation on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational design, skills development planning and talent acquisition in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring organisational design into line with current good practice, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Put skills development planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Explain talent acquisition to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where performance management is failing before it becomes a finding
