Practical Stakeholder Engagement
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis communication and brand positioning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder mapping, campaign planning and investor communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where stakeholder mapping is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Explain campaign planning to someone who does not do the work
- Review investor communication and say plainly whether it is working
- Make a decision about social media strategy without waiting for a specialist
