Project Quality Management: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through change control and critical path analysis on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with agile and scrum practice, portfolio prioritisation and risk registers in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain agile and scrum practice to someone who does not do the work, measured against agile delivery practice
- Put portfolio prioritisation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Make a decision about risk registers without waiting for a specialist
- Improve earned value management within their own organisation
