Report Writing: Tools and Techniques

3 days|Delivered on request

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through internal communication and reputation measurement on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with press release writing, content planning and crisis communication in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Spot where press release writing is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against established corporate communication practice
  • Review content planning and say plainly whether it is working
  • Take ownership of crisis communication rather than escalating it
  • Put spokesperson training on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
