Stakeholder Management for Projects: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through scheduling and stakeholder communication on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with resource planning, project reporting and risk registers in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain resource planning to someone who does not do the work, measured against earned value management
- Review project reporting and say plainly whether it is working
- Bring risk registers into line with current good practice
- Improve cost estimation within their own organisation
