Stakeholder Management: Tools and Techniques
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through succession at executive level and strategy execution on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with board reporting, executive presence and mergers and integration in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of board reporting rather than escalating it, measured against the balanced scorecard
- Put executive presence on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Make a decision about mergers and integration without waiting for a specialist
- Explain performance dialogue to someone who does not do the work
